Giorgi Shengelia was born in 1977 in the city of Sukhumi, Georgia. He studied art at the Academy of Art in Tbilisi.
His paintings are characterized by vibrant colors and abstract compositions. He strongly believes in the expressive power of colors and shapes to evoke emotions and create a deeper spiritual experience. His approach to abstraction is multifaceted and can range from organic forms to more geometric patterns.
The amount of subjects Giorgi expresses in his work are endless: nature, city life, landscape, daily life, home, love, food and people. As a visual artist he is fascinated by the tensions and clashes between the reality and the artificial, the visual and elusive and the past and the future.
Pieter Frans Tinel, born in 1966 in Ghent as a scion of a family of artists, obtained his Master's Degree in Sculpture at St.-Lucas in Ghent with great distinction in 1990. In recent years Tinel has devoted himself intensively and in complete isolation to his sculptures. Although the creative process often involved destruction, the sculptor managed to rediscover himself each time. Today, thanks to his strong personality and maturity, Tinel is able to go public with an impressive collection of sculptures.
Made of steel, Pieter Frans Tinel's sculptures are powerful works of art imbued with meaning. They evoke themes of life and death, love and eroticism, beauty and impermanence. Tinel shuns no taboo when exploring these profound subjects. His sculptures are not only visually impressive, but also emotionally and intellectually challenging, making a deep impact on the viewer.

The work of Mie Vanthemsche is made on supports such as canvas, wood, jute and fabric. It is painted with warm beeswax in which pigments are dissolved, the rich medium "enkaustic" that carries a materiality.
The work arises intuitively. At the start, everything lies open. There is the will of the painter and the will of the material. It is the colors, accents and relief that give birth to the work. The material and medium are central.
Experimentation is never far off and often accidental found objects are incorporated. Abstract constructions are made with wood blocks and worked with beeswax and/or acrylic.
The work exudes a rhythmic and subdued atmosphere, characterized by expressive or graphic elements. Her creative sources draw from the simplicity of Asian art, embracing the Asian method of working, stemming from meditation and concentration.
Zen philosophy is at the core of her work, focusing on directness, the use of brush and brush, craftsmanship, spirituality, lightness, layering, meditative aspects, cosmic influences and nature.
Her work is characterized by recurring abstract forms such as circles, ovals, tubes and lines, while organic forms have become increasingly prominent within her oeuvre in recent years.
